in  various projects ranges from

residential, commercial to industrial building.

Under his leadership,

LYUAN have been undertaking many

challenging projects,  accumulated skills,

know-how and experiences in construction technology, design

and built solutions, project and construction management services,

contract and commercial management,

building trades and related engineering works.

To date, we able to handle major projects at

 Project and Construction Management

services Level  including both development and construction project

with the commercial services.

technical and construction build ability

 towards building construction industries both

Pre and Post construction process

to provide to our Client's as roles of

project and construction manager

industrial / commercial / residential projects
